Shipping Details
We dispatch worldwide every order paid within 24hrs. You will receive an automatic email, telling you your goods have been dispatched when your order has been processed.
We only post monday to friday and not on UK bank holidays.
UK Customers:
Your goods will be dispatched by either 2nd class post or Parcelforce 48hr, unless you have specified next-day delivery, which will be Parcelforce 24hr.
Parcelforce 48hr usually deliver in that time period, so if you have not received your goods within 3 working days, please email or ring for the tracking number, so you can web track your parcel.
With 2nd class post, on average, goods take no longer than 3 days, but we did have 1 parcel take 3 months. Still, not bad out of 4000 sent.
International Customers:
For goods under 2kg we post by royal mail airmail
Over this weight we use airmail or Parcelforce euro 48 or international scheduled. With Parcelforce can track your parcel on their website.
Brazilian Customers:
Sorry, but we have problems sending to Brazil. So we only dispatch goods using Parcelforce international scheduled, with payment by bank transfer or cleared cheque in GB pounds.
