Returns Policy

 

 

Sometimes problems occur withal of our branded products; this is unavoidable given the vast quantities we sell. We will do our best to get a replacement to you as quickly as possible on receipt of the faulty item. Some items can be replaced directly from the manufacturer and it is quite often the case that it is quicker to take advantage of that option. The following contact numbers may be useful

If you are not completely satisfied with your item within 7 days you may return it to us under the Distance Selling Regulations Act [2000].

Any item can be exchanged within 7 days, with postage costs being incurred by the buyer, provided it is returned unopened and/or unused and with packaging intact. 

Please keep all packaging and delivery notes and return them intact with the item.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. In this event, the customer should pay for returning the item to us initially. Upon checking, if the item is found to be faulty on arrival, we will refund Royal Mail 2nd Class postage costs.

We regret that we are unable to exchange or refund any item after a 30 day period. 

 

If something goes wrong you will not be out of pocket. We cover Royal Mail 2nd Class return postage costs, as well as sending you a replacement if applicable; otherwise we will offer a full refund. We ask all customers to contact us if they are not happy, we will resolve all and any problem. There should never be any need to leave us poor feedback; we are an honest and fair company.
